From memory, Swiss chocolate Easter Eggs are differently packaged from those available in the UK although with globalisation this might well have changed a lot since I left! I did promise to show some pics and here is some photographic evidence of what we are finding in the shops now.

I’ve been reflecting lately on changing (again) my lifestyle. Last year when I was ill I lost some weight but unfortunately put it all back on in the following months. What I really need to do is to change my eating habits (sounds easier than going on (yet) another diet) and increase my physical activities.

A few days ago we were invited by our daughter and her fiancé for a meal and this is what we had for dessert. It was scumptious (love that word). A fresh fruit salad in a half baby pineapple topped with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
