My son is my hero and I suspect he doesn’t realize the implications of that remark. Truth is I do look up to him and I know I’m his Dad but I’m sure he will have a very happy and successful life because he is who he is and also how he is.
He just learnt this morning, but we his parents already knew, that he has brilliantly succeeded his exams and has obtained his CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) as an “Informaticien” after 4 years of study. At the same time he has also obtained his Technical Maturité which will open up the doors to Higher Education on a par with a University Education. (Sorry about all the terms but the education system is complicated here in Switzerland…)
So BRAVO DAVID! I’m very, very, very proud of you!

You know Graham - I have to agree with you been a hero. So many youngsters these days do not take responsibility for their lives and David certainly has proven he is a breed above all. I also congratulate him on his achievements and wish him all the success life has to offer. May he go from strength to strength and achieve his dreams.

Ooops - A glass of wine and I am already slurring my words. What I meant to say is that I agree with you when you said he was your hero. I understand what you were saying as if he were my child, I would have said the same.
Sorreeeeee.
I am going to shut up now.
