Jennifer is my wonderful daughter and it is her birthday today. As we are just back from Edinburgh here is a Scottish Rose inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh. This ties in quite nicely with her birthday present.

We got back home yesterday evening late. Even though our EasyJet flight was 45 minutes late leaving Newcastle Airport the pilot (aided by a strong tailwind) landed us at Geneva Airport only 10 minutes behind schedule.
